The Soulful Sussex Retreat

Step away from the demands of everyday life and gift yourself a few nights of quiet luxury over the Autumn Equinox. This intimate retreat is an invitation to slow down, sleep deeply, soften, and restore your nervous system through carefully curated yoga, meditation, and sound healing.

Friday the 18th of September - Sunday the 20th of September

This retreat is for you if:

You’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stretched thin, and know you need time away to truly reset.

You live mostly in your head and are craving space to slow down, exhale, and reconnect with your body.

You struggle with sleep, whether falling asleep or staying asleep, and long for deeper, more restorative rest.

You feel the seasonal shift and are ready to release summer’s intensity, welcoming a quieter, more grounded chapter of Autumn.

This retreat offers:

Soulful, extended yoga practices.

Exploring sanscrit, it's vibrations, and how we can connect deeper to the practice of yoga.

Deep sleep with yoga Nidra and Sound Baths. This retreat doesn't just offer physical comfort, it allows us to move into REM sleep and repair inwards.

We move out of the mind, drop into the body, nourishing the soul.

This is all about moving inwards to find stillness

Your home for the weekend: Walnut Escapes

This two-night luxury retreat at the exquisite Walnut Escapes, set within the Sussex countryside.

Thoughtfully designed for comfort and tranquillity, this sanctuary allows you to fully switch off, be held, and surrender to the natural rhythms of the season.

Our days will unfold gently, gathering beneath the ancient walnut tree, moving through nourishing and energising yoga practices, and sinking into profound relaxation with sound baths, yoga nidra, and guided meditation.

Surrounded by serene woodland, you’ll have unhurried time to wander, reflect, and reconnect with nature. Throughout the retreat, you’ll be beautifully nourished with delicious, seasonal meals.
