September Yin Yoga and Sound
Rest, stretch and relax. Saturday the 26th of September. 7-9pm.
Practice with me
A monthly regular event working alongside side the beautiful Joa at The Sound Garden. Stretch and release deeply in our Yin Yoga practice with the Tibetan Bowls placed on the body, allow the vibrations to deepen the connection to the body and breath. Yin Yoga is low to the ground and involves deeply stretching for 5 minutes, using the props to support us in that stretch. We end in an immersive sound bath at the end. All in a cosy Mongolian Yurt.
