Imagine a warm summer’s evening. Lying on the earth, the warmth of the evening sun on your face, as immersive sound vibrations drift across the lake. Inviting your mind to slow, soften, and settle. Join me on Thursday 4th June at 6pm for a serene, hour-long lakeside sound bath, followed by sauna, lake dips, and time to unwind into the evening. Bring your own mat or blanket, subject to weather.
